Check In Time : 12:00 p.m.
Check Out Time : 10:00 a.m.
Photo ID of All Guests is Compulsory at the time of check in.
Single Occupancy (M/F) is strictly not allowed.
Men - only group booking will not be entertained.
Early check in and Late check out available on request; subject to availability. Appropriate charges will apply.
Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited.
Hookah is strictly prohibited in the Hotel Premises.
Any damage to the Hotel property will attract a fine as per Lost/Damage List.
In case of power failure, A/C will not work on power generator.
Hot water service from 7:30 am to 10 am. After 10 am, hot water would be available on request.
The Hotel Management reserves the Rights of Admission.

Cancellation & Refund policy

Our cancellation & refund policy is guest friendly. If you wish to cancel your booking upto 5 days prior to check-in date, we offer a full refund of the advance amount paid.

If you wish to cancel your booking any time between 5 days to 48 hours prior to check in date and time; for the convenience of our guests, we offer a credit note of the advance amount paid which would be valid upto 6 months from the date of cancellation and can be adjusted against your future booking with us (it would be adjusted against the room tariffs applicable on that date). However, kindly note; cancellations made within 48 hours of date and time of check-in will not be eligible for any refund or credit note. **Please Note**: The above mentioned policy is only applicable for bookings made directly with the Hotel.
